The black and white was a nice touch for your self-portrait, especially with the tiled background. The second picture is cool because of the guy's expression and the shoes hanging around his neck. The top one is framed well but doesn't look that natural. If he had looked at the camera and smiled or laughed or something I think it would give the picture more energy. Good work nonetheless.
